Pork Lard – QUART

From our own milk and whey-fed pigs Lard is a healthy saturated fat – extremely high in Vit D – when it comes from pastured pigs such as our own. The pigs have access to plentiful sunshine from outdoor foraging. Saturated fats like Lard and Tallow are more stable and better for cooking or frying as those fats have a very high smoke point.
