Please know that our food is transported on a refrigerated truck. It is highly advisable to order a small insulated shipping box that will help to keep your Ice Cream frozen. Rather order more Ice Cream at a time and less frequently than one single Ice Cream per ordering circle that will melt indefinitely – especially when not ordering plenty of other frozen foods for protection at the same time.

There is NO REFUND on the Ice Cream if you don’t make sure that your Ice Cream will stay frozen during transit. Thank you!!!
