Wild for Salmon’s smoked sockeye salmon is a traditional wild-caught hot smoked salmon that is frozen and ready to eat. Our smoked salmon has a distinct smokey flavor, perfect for pairing with wine, cheese, or on top of a salad.
Our traditional smoked salmon is packaged in individual portions, averaging a quarter lb each.
Wild for Salmon Traditional Smoked Salmon contains no nitrates or preservatives and should be kept frozen until eating – it is best to refrigerate and eat within 4 days upon opening.
Ingredients: Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, Organic Brown Sugar, Natural Sea Salt, Natural Wood Smoke.
