The Flank steak is a lean and flavorful cut and tends to be long, flat and thin. It is best known for its use in Fajitas and London broil. The flank steak is cut from the Flank part of the animal. Flank Steak benefits from a tenderizing marinade. Can also be cut into strips for a stir-fry or the oven.
