This cured & salted Bacon comes from the belly of the hog.

Cured in a brine of celtic salt, black pepper, vinegar, baking soda, and water. After curing, it is smoked in the smokehouse.

If you like crisp bacon, like bacon and eggs, this is the right type of bacon.

Free of Nitrates, Nitrites, MSG, preservatives and Soy. All pork is milk-fed and born and raised on our Farm.
