Perfect to make your own “healing” Asparagus puree. Always chemical and pesticide free. Grown in rich soil. Better than organic. Briefly cook and blend to puree. The farm has previously blanched the Asparagus before freezing – but you need to further cook it – for another 5 min or so, until soft. If the Asparagus arrives partially thawed out, don’t worry. Just cook it soft in a pot on the stove, without adding additional water, let it cool and blend to puree. Traditionally used to heal the body. Asparagus is one of the highest tested foods containing glutathione, which is considered one of the body’s most potent anti carcinogens and antioxidants.
